APPLICATION:
Packaging and other details that may come into contact with oil/fuel/ and heat i.e. engines and pumps.
CONSTRUCTION:
Both sides smooth. Nitrile rubber (NR) is used where high demands are placed on resistance to oil and petrol. Good heat resistance. Not good age and weather resistance. With inserts and extra tensile strength.
HARDNESS:
70+ 5° shore.
TEMPERATURE RANGE:
-20 °C – +80 °C.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE:
Diluted acids and bases: Very good
Concentrated acids and bases: Good
Ozone: Medium
Oils and hydrocarbons: Good
